You can choose the designs for square and flat material of the embossing roller which belongs to the basic equipment. Later ordered tools can be replaced quickly because of the hebo-connector-system.

HPG2B

Power and flexibility turn the HPG2B to an ideal newcomer-unit for industrial plants.

A fast and precise re-equip of the machine is possible because of a simple change of the double driven embossing shaft, by the ring-connection system and the exact adjustment of the straightening rollers as well as the basic-supplied vertical-horizontal straightening device. 

ln connection with the STM5 basic machine you are able to emboss approx. 800 meters per hour of diverse materials as square, flat, round material and tubes with the desired designs.

Additionally the HPG2B can be upgraded for edgewise hammering of square material.

HPG3A

The HPG3A is the biggest version of the embossing attachments.

As HPG2B, it is supplied with a double driven embossing shaft with a ring-connection-system for a simple change of tools. In addition to that you receive an extended vertical-horizontal straightening device with exact adjustment of the straightening rollers at the basic supplied version. In connection with the STM5 basic machine you are able to emboss approx. 1200 meters per hour of diverse materials like square, flat, round material as well as tubes with the desired designs. The HPG3A makes the use of larger material dimensions possible.

Additionally the HPG3A can be upgraded for edgewise hammering of square material. This version of handrail embossing attachment gives extensive possibilities for industrial plants.
